Atlast a DLSR

Atlast i got myself a dlsr and you can predict from the picture i got a canon.

I took me a while to decide whether to get canon 450D or 40D. 40D is just feel right in my hand but heavy while 450D is lighter but somehow it is a bit awkward in my hand (but alot better than 400D). The body cost difference is only AUD$180.00.

I did considered nikon D40/D40x/D60 but it just fell not right in my hand. Olympus E510 feels right in my hand but the cost of lenses does turn me off.

Nikon D300 is not within my budget to consider. Olympus E3 was my first choice but pushing my budget limit and the cost of lenses does turn me off.

So finally after fiddling around canon 450D and 40D and with the conviction of three salesperson at the shop, i got myself a canon 40D.
