Loads of food

Loads of food and unhealthy eating leads to weight gains. I have watch my waistline. My jean is getting tight (yup.. blame the jean not the increasing waistline). Earlier this year, i have donated my large size jeans to a charity. If not mistaken 12 or 14 of them. Now, i don't want to get new larger size jeans or ask my jean back from the charity. "Hey.. where are my jeans that i donated last time?... i want them back!..... Here are my smaller jeans in exchange.". A very unlikely scenario.

Therefore, i should take charge and control my waistline. I should lose another 20 kg. I think probably, the increase in waistline is due to inactivity. I mostly stay back at home, going to University campus is not that much walking and of course eating titbits... well....
